Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Atrium ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Platform for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Atrium and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Content you create and upload remains your property. By using the Platform, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide our services.

Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Platform after price changes constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Disclaimer

The information on the Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Platform and its use.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Atrium, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
